If you wish to exchange an item, please create a new order and return the old order. We do not offer free exchanges here at glerups.
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
1. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF
OUR RETURN LABEL
If you use the return label from our return portal, we deduct USD 10.00 when refunding the amount of your original order.
Once we have received your return package, you can expect a processing time of up to 10 working days.
2. Take care of returning the package yourself
- Send the package with a tracking number.
- Remember to get a receipt when sending the package.
- Avoid sticking or damaging the original product/packaging.
Return the item in the original glerups shoe box and make sure the package is securely wrapped before sending.
Write your order number on a piece of paper - and place it in the box. You can find the order number in your order confirmation e-mail.

Terms
- At glerups, you always have a full 60-day right of return.
- The item must be returned unused and without stains. We do not refund if there are visible stains and signs that the shoes have been used.
- When returning, you are responsible for the return shipping costs yourself.
